Local and Nationwide

The Ithaca Capoeira Center is Upstate and Central New York's chapter of a nationwide community for Mindful Capoeira. Our national group, Capoeira Angola Quintal (CAQ), has branches in: 

Manhattan, NY; 

Rochester, NY; 

San Francisco, CA; 

Charlotte, NC;

Cincinnati, OH;

and Boston, MA. 

Our members enjoy lifelong friendships with capoeiristas in cities around the world, both from CAQ and other capoeira groups.
